Our wedding weekend is not only about our love for one another, but also a heartfelt expression of gratitude for the incredible community that has supported us through our six years of long distance between NYC, Philly, and San Francisco, and made california feel like home.
Getting to Mendocino is a stunning coastal adventure, and we are so thankful for the effort you’re making to be there. We can’t wait to share a weekend by the sea, bathed in California’s warm light, filled with love, laughter, and dancing with all of you.

Schedule
All wedding events will take place in gorgeous Mendocino, CA.

Beach Bonfire
Time: 5:00pm
Location: Big River Beach
Getting There: Walk, drive, or enjoy a shuttle ride.
If you are able to comfortably walk, we encourage you to take the stairs down to the beach just behind Mendocino Presbyterian Church in town. Head under the bridge along the river, you won’t be able to miss us! Free parking is available at Big River Beach. See Shuttles for details.
Attire: Come as you are!
We will be in Northern California finery, which looks like Jeans, T-shirts, Birkenstocks, and plenty of layers because it gets chilly at night (think windy, damp, March weather on the East Coast).
What to Expect: We invite everyone to join us for local delights including wood fired pizzas, salads, beer, wine, refreshments, and of course, S’mores to kick off the weekend!
We want to ensure everyone is comfortable so please share allergies and dietary restrictions with us upon RSVP.
Welcome Dinner and Drinks

Wedding Ceremony
Time: 4:00pm
Location: Adjacent to the Ford House Visitor Center at the bluffs on Main Street in Mendocino.
Getting There: Walk or enjoy a shuttle ride.
If you are able to comfortably walk, we encourage you to take the brief stroll through town. See Shuttles for details.
What to Expect: Wedding and Procession.
Enjoy simple bubbles and beverages or grab a drink at Dick’s Place ahead of the ceremony to get the party started!
After we say ‘I do,’ we will process as a group for one block from the bluffs to cocktail hour followed by formal dinner and dancing at the MacCallum House.
Cocktail Hour and Wedding Reception
Time: 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Location: MacCallum House Lawn
Getting There: Procession on foot for one block from the Ceremony.
What to Expect: Cocktail hour on the porch followed by a blissful night of dinner and dancing on the tent covered lawn.
At 10:00pm, shuttle service will begin to take folks home. Dancers will head inside to keep the party going!
After Party
Time: 10:00pm - 12:00am
Location: MacCallum House Great Room
Getting There: A few steps from up the Lawn.
Shuttles will take guests home from 9:00pm until 12:00am. Brave guests can carry on the night at Dick’s Place!
What to Expect: Dancing, drinks, late night bites, and merriment!
Attire: Black Tie.
Tuxedos, dark suits, floor-length gowns, or elegant cocktail dresses.
As our ceremony and reception will be outdoors on the beautiful Northern California coast, please keep the setting in mind. Guests will be walking on grass and between venues, so we recommend block heels, wedges, or flats instead of stilettos. A wrap or light jacket is also a great idea to stay cozy in the cool coastal breeze.

Wedding Day Celebrations

Because Mendocino is home to an abundance of delightful Bed and Breakfasts, we encourage our guests to enjoy local fare and a slow morning.
We will be spending our day indulging in far too much coffee on the MacCallum House porch and would love if you stopped by so we can share our thanks and say farewell ahead of your journey home or your next stop in California!
